I began this initiative with one primary intention, awakening people around
the world to their own inherent power. We are at a cross roads in history.
Our basic freedoms, those which we possess from birth, are now being challenged
globally. The inherent right to sovrenty/sovereignty of the body is one of
them. The World Health Organization, acting in co-ordination with 194 signatory
nations means to crush those rights and reshape the very essence of life as we
know it; by claiming ownership over self determination of our own bodies. Never
has a groundswell of this magnitude been so prescient, never has the urgency of
our times demanded greater action, or threatened the very fabric of our
existence to such an extent,
We the undersigned, as Freemen & Freewomen, do not recognize the
authority of The World Health Organization (WHO) to mandate general forced
vaccinations. Our bodies are sovereign territory and subject to our exclusive
self-determination. Any attempted violation of this trust must be construed as
a breach of said basic right. We are thus holding our elected Governments
accountable in this defense with an issuance of notice: a preemptive Class
Action Lawsuit to be served in the event our inalienable rights to choose are
forsaken.

The Vaccine Resistance Movement recently joined forces with other activists
in Vancouver, BC, to organize a major campaign on the streets. We are the
masses, we have the right to question our Governments, to demand answers when
lies are fed to us as truth. On August 28 the first in a series of rallies was
launched. The event brought together speakers from different sectors of
society, but the common goal & the message put forth was shared by us all.

'On August 28th, 2009, the world's first public demonstration against the
threat of forced vaccination, in regard to the (A)H1N1 (Human-Avian-Swine) Flu
took place in Vancouver, BC, Canada, in front of the Art Gallery, on one of
Vancouver's busiest streets. This event was primarily informational in nature,
but also intended to send a message to the federal and provincial governments
of Canada, the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) and the Pharmaceutical
Industry regarding mass vaccination plans.
This was the kick-off to a national weekend of information sharing and protests
across Canada. Other activists groups in both Toronto and Ottawa also
participated by disseminating on their busy city streets, but many individuals
in smaller towns also participated.
The event was organized by the newly formed Vaccine Resistance Movement in
Canada and featured a number of local researchers and activists who have been
researching the 'vaccine dangers' issue, threats to natural health solutions,
as well as False Flag Events and Psychological Operations for many years,
including Joel Lord, Kevin Annett, Candace Hill, Croft Woodruff, Inge Hanle,

This is a stern, yet humble, warning to all citizens of the globe. It is now proven that we are all being harmed by repeat vaccinations. This evidence must be circulated broadly in light of the imminent Fall, 2009 plan to turn North American schools into MASS vaccine centers to institute triple flu vaccine to us all. Children will be the first to be injected with experimental flu vaccines. The entire vaccine industry, as it turns out, has been experimental. We did not know that we were causing damages – for us all.
In case you are wondering what will happen, the answers are contained in this article. The same thing will happen as has been happening with all vaccines. Clinically silent ischemic brain and body damages will happen. The only difference is that you can now see these damages, with your own eyes, in the here and now, in real time, and in your family photos going back fifty or more years if you have to.
ALL vaccines are causing immediate and delayed, acute and chronic, waxing and waning, impairments to blood flow, throughout the brain and body. This IS causing us all to become chronically ill, sick, and causing brain damages along a continuum of clinically silent to death. This is causing ischemic “strokes”. In some respects, this is also “aging.” Since the damages are microscopic, we cannot see them as they occur. However, we can now see the neurological aftermath of these damages – within hours and days of vaccination – all vaccinations.
As a medically trained Doctor, a PhD trained neuroscientist/neuropsychologist, with a Masters degree in Child/language neurodevelopment, I have been trained to follow clinical observations to empirical assessment couched within the scientific model we rely upon to answer questions of: What is normal and what is not? What is cause? What is coincidence? What is factual? What is fancy? What is reproducible? What is random? What is measurable? What is predictable? What is truth? What is consequence? What is “going on”?
Science is only a man made truth-seeking tool. It is fallible. It is a statistical, probabilistic mathematical model. It has limitations. Wielded for profit – truth can become lost.
Scientific methods, design, and analyses can just as soon hide the truth as they can discover truth, or create ‘truth” de-novo.
If you place your hand on a hot stove element, you will be burned. If you do not experience pain and you cannot see the burn, then you will not learn that touching hot stove elements is harmful.
All vaccines have been causing “burns” to body and brain. The brain has no pain receptors. You will not feel the pain. You can, however, see the footprints of these “burns” immediate and delayed, from each vaccination. The evidence was before our eyes all along. We simply did not appreciate what these “burns” meant let alone that they were emerging, after each vaccination. The “burns” are largely to internal organ systems. We can ALL now see the damaging effects of these “burns” with our own eyes.
As a physician, it is my sworn duty to cause no harm. As a human being, it is my duty to watch over my fellow beings. As an educator, it is my responsibility to teach awareness and understanding. As a scientist, it is my duty to separate cause from coincidence. As a Christian, it is my value to do unto others, as I would have others do unto myself. As a man, it is my responsibility to stand up to power, with truth and understanding, when those that wield power are in error.
My statements are not the words of a zealot. These are the words of integrity, couched with understanding, that has the potential to reside in every one of you.
Seek, and you shall find. Knock, and the door shall be opened unto you. I have sought. I have knocked. The door has been opened. I have found the truths I was seeking. The answers have not come from my own understandings. The answers are simply self-evident – res ipsa loquitur – the thing speaks for itself.
All vaccinations cause brain damage, disease, chronic illness, aging, and death – res veritas loquitur – the truth speaks for itself. If you do not seek, if you do not knock, if you do not look, if you trust your own understandings, then caveat emptor – buyer beware.

I first
began to think about the possibility that vaccines could be harmful a few years
ago when my laboratory started studies on the aluminum adjuvant,
aluminum hydroxide. Aluminum hydroxide, along with other aluminum compounds,
common to many vaccines, is the adjuvant known to be present in the anthrax
vaccine adsorbed (AVA). The other suspected adjuvant in AVA is
squalene. Both aluminum and squalene are neurotoxic with the scientific
literature on the former extensive.
Aluminum
in the form of "alum" was first put into vaccines in the 1920s
because pharmaceutical companies were frustrated at the low antibody production
to the attenuated viruses/bacteria then used alone in vaccines. The company
scientists tried numerous compounds that were either ineffective, frankly
toxic, or both, before the fortuitous discovery that aluminum increased the
size and duration of the immune response. It seems these
scientists never looked at potential toxicity, certainly not
neurotoxicity. Regulatory agencies, most of which came into existence years
later, simply "grandfathered" the aluminum adjuvants as being
"safe". From that time until now the scientific literature has been
remarkably silent on the potential of these adjuvants to cause neurological
damage.
We began
studies a few years ago with aluminum hydroxide and squalene in an attempt to
reproduce Gulf War Syndrome, particularly the ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease)
cluster associated with the illness. Mice injected with aluminum
hydroxide rapidly developed ALS-like symptoms, including the loss of motor
function and motor neurons in the spinal cord and motor cortex of the
brain. These data were published in the Journal of Neuromolecular
Medicine. A later study from my laboratory showed significant cognitive
deficits in aluminum injected mice. These data are now published in the
Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry.
These
studies have never been countered by any regulatory agency or by any studies
done by the pharmaceutical industry. This observation leads to one of two
conclusions: the studies have never been done by these groups or they were done
and the results mimicked those we found and hence were not released.
The sad
reality is that the medical profession has not done its due diligence by
conducting the needed experiments to ensure that vaccine adjuvants are safe and
have no long term consequences for the nervous system. In the absence of
the required scientific rigour, it is impossible to view vaccines containing
such adjuvants, including the H1NI vaccines now being developed, as safe.
The
suggestion that these untested vaccines can be administered by mandate against
a person's will violates the most fundamental of human freedoms: the freedoms
to control our own bodies and to protect those of our children. Not only
does the such a mandate violate basic human rights, it also exposes us all to
the very real potential for long term neurological and other diseases.
Citizens
have not only the right, but the obligation, to fight against such legislation.

out of Bills C 17, C55, and C42. This act amends 23
existing acts and implements the Biological and Toxin

The Public Safety Act imposes many terms that restrict civil
liberties. The
section dealing with interim orders grants despotic powers to a
number of
Cabinet Ministers such that at their individual, sole decree
without prior
Parliamentary oversight, approval or sanction, they can impose
the police
state. Eight parts of the Bill amend various statutes to provide
a new power
permitting the responsible Minister to make interim orders in
situations
where immediate action is required (as he alone determines) . For
example,
the Minister of Health can require mandatory vaccinations and
quarantine.
Interim orders under The Public Safety Act are exempt from the
usual
requirements of our law that are in place to prevent abuse and
excess. These
orders are specifically free from checks to avoid abuse or
violations of the
Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of
Rights These
orders avoid examination by government lawyers whose usual job is
to ensure
regulations and orders are not an unusual or unexpected use of
authority; and
that they do not trespass unduly on existing rights and freedoms.

I remember back in 2002 being shocked by the potential for grave abuse of our
liberties available here in this act. I was then and still am gravely
concerned.
I asked myself over and over, "What is going on here. What is being
planned." It
was so worrisome because it is an identical type of legislation created in many
other countries all arising out of the 9/11 incident. What was all the talk even
then of a "coming pandemic".
Well I do not have comforting answers. I
would simply like to suggest a few
points at this time. Most importantly, we must never submit to fear. We must
never submit to such negative energy. We must think positively because the
energy of positivity will attract positivity. That above all else is our key to
our protection. A mass of
people expending positive energy is a powerful force for good.
So how do we do this? Simply think of the good in all humanity. Focus on the
strength in a united populace, a populace with a will and determination and a
capacity to reach a higher level of consciousness. Focus on such positive
thoughts as these. In doing so each of us is putting out positive energy which
will counter the negative energy of anyone planning to use the abusive power in
the Public Safety Act.
If we do this individually and collectively, if we gather together in
resistance to this abuse, if we all hold a will and determination based on love
for one another, if we remember that the abuser is also one who can be reached
with love, I firmly believe we can halt the abuse.
There is a power larger than each of us or all of us. The great wonder is that
that power resides within all of us. We are part of a larger unity of life and
goodness. We can summon up that force. Individually and collectively we are
part
of a strength that can overcome any adversity.
All I can suggest at this time is that we take each other's hand and together
pledge to stand together in love for each other and for all of humanity and for
this earth we call home. Stand in a harmony of good will. Let that good will
surround us. Let this positive force shine out in a strength that will repel
the
negativity of the Public Safety Act and those who seek to use it.
Let us say yes to life and then life will say yes to us.
